How To Make It

- 01
Mix powdered peanut butter, soy, vinegar, and brown swerve; stir to dissolve. Add a small amount of water if it isn’t thin enough to your liking and set aside.

Slice carrots and broccoli into bite sized pieces. Pre slice beef into very thin strips. Using a hot cast iron skillet, cook beef until golden brown, remove from the skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, saute carrots until softened, add broccoli and cook for about three minutes.

Add cooked beef into the skillet with vegetables. Pour sauce over the ingredients and let them simmer for about 2 minutes.

Add cooked noodles and toss everything together.

In a large dish, combine noodles, vegetables and beef. Toss to bring everything together. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and sriracha, serve immediately.
