How To Make It
Method
- 01
Brew coffee as normal. I use a Keurig so these are my steps: Start coffee pod with 8oz setting. Scoop protein powder into glass cup and add very small amount of almond milk or water and use electric frother to mix just until powder is mixed and then slowly add some of the prepared coffee into a slurry or frothy mixture. If you add hot coffee directly to the protein powder it will curdle and no one wants to drink egg drop coffee. Ew. If you slowly add the warm coffee to the cooler slurry it shouldn't curdle.

I then select the smallest cup setting with the same coffee pod I believe it's the espresso setting to finish filling my coffee mug. I top the last inch or so of my mug with the protein slurry.
