Our Policies

Cancellations
If you need to cancel a class, we ask that you do so within 12 hours of your class start time. The class will be counted if you late cancel or no-show. 

Waitlist
If a class is full, you can sign up to be on the waitlist. When a space opens up for you, you will be notified via text & email & will have 30 minutes to confirm your spot before we will offer it to the next person on the waitlist. Once confirmed, all the same cancellation and no-show policies apply. 

Late to Class
We please ask that you come 5-10 minutes early to prepare for class and be ready to rock by the start time. Also, because we are a weight training studio, warming up properly is imperative to avoid injury. So for this reason, we give a 5 minute grace period after class starts, before you will not be admitted into class.

Dress Code 
Dont worry... no suits & gowns required. Just the attire to have a comfortable and safe workout!

  •  Comfortable workout clothes.

  • Tennis shoes and/or weight training shoes.

  • Water & towel (We will have waters for sale as well)
