Upper Body Sculpt 

* Mondays - 6:15, 8:30, 9:45, & 5:30

Upper body (& abs!) sculpt focuses on building & sculpting your muscle while keeping your heart rate in a fat burning state. We combine weight training for the large muscles with band and floor work for the smaller stabilizer muscles. 

Lower Body Sculpt 

* Tuesdays - 6:15, 8:30, 9:45

Upper Body (& abs!) shred combines both classic & unique strength training with high/low impact cardio to give your body the best of both worlds.

Lower Body Shred 

* Thursdays - 6:15, 8:30, 9:45

Full Body Fusion 

* Fridays - 6:15, 8:30, 9:45, & 5:30

* Saturdays - 8:00, 9:15 

The name says it all. Full body "fusion" combines strength training with combination (aka: compound) movements to keep your body challenged and ever-changing.

Full Body Sculpt 

* Sundays - 9:00, 10:15

Full Body Sculpt is geared toward building strength with the use of dumbbells and barbells. No cardio or bands used in this class.
