SUPERHERO - Chest, Back & Abs

* Mondays - 6:15, 7:15, 8:30, 9:45, 4:15, 5:30

Superhero focuses on sculpting your chest, back & abs while keeping your heart rate in a fat burning state. We combine weight training for the large muscles & band work for the smaller stabilizer muscles. 

 

BOTTOMS UP - Lower Body & Abs 

* Tuesdays - 6:15, 7:15, 8:30, 9:45, 4:15, 5:30

Bottoms Up focuses on sculpting your entire lower body while keeping your heart rate in a fat burning state. We combine weight training for the large muscles with band work for the smaller stabilizer muscles. 

GUNSHOW - Arms, Shoulders & Abs 

* Wednesdays - 6:15, 7:15, 8:30, 9:45, 4:15, 5:30

Gunshow focuses on sculpting your arms, shoulders & abs while keeping your heart rate in a fat burning state. We combine weight training for the large muscles & band work for the smaller stabilizer muscles. 

 

LOWER BODY SHRED - Lower Body & Abs

* Thursdays - 6:15, 8:30, 9:45, 5:30  

Lower Body Shred focuses on sculpting your lower body, while improving your endurance with lighter weight, higher repetition movements. A must for every weightlifter & person needing that extra push. 

FULL BODY FUSION - Full Body Strength

* Fridays - 6:15, 7:15, 8:30, 9:45, 4:15

Full body fusion combines strength training with compound movements to keep your body challenged and ever-changing.

WEEKEND WARRIOR - Full Body Lift

* Saturdays - 8:00, 9:15, 10:30 

* Sundays - 9:00, 10:15

Weekend Warrior is geared toward sculpting, building strength, & perfecting form with the use of dumbbells and barbells. No cardio or bands used in this class.
